Geothermally heated, the Durango Hot Springs are the only natural hot springs located in the Animas River Valley. As the waters percolate through volcanic fissures below, before being pumped out of the ground, they become rich with therapeutic minerals thought to carry a number of health benefits.
Day rates are available, including special local and military rates, alongside a series of season passes and 10-Punch Pass. A regular adult day pass (13-61 years old) runs $18.

Our Guesthouse at Durango Hot Springs is the perfect home-base for four. With two bedrooms, a queen bed in each, and one bath, the guesthouse includes access to both therapy pools, our sauna, and the pool during business hours. The kitchen comes fully equipped and the living room and dining room offer ample space to lounge, play games, and enjoy one another’s company.
For a couple’s experience, the Starlight Room offers an indulging getaway. Spend the night in a peaceful, private, setting as you gaze up from the bed through our window to the stars. The Starlight Room includes admission to the hot springs on the day of arrival and departure and exclusive access to the Red Rock Pool after hours.
