    • Mountain Septic prices their pumping services based on the size of your tank. 
      • 1,000 Gallons = $425
      • 1,250 Gallons = $455
      • 1,500 Gallons = $490
  • How much do you charge to perform a septic inspection and transfer of title document?
    • Mountain Septic charges $400 to perform a septic inspection. However, to obtain a transfer of title document to sell your home you will also need to have your septic tank pumped and all ports on the tank brought to ground level. Pumping charges will depend on the size of the tank you have. 
  • Do you perform services on the weekends?
    • Yes! Mountain Septic is available for emergency work on nights and weekends. However, there is an additional fee to cover disposal fees on the weekends as the city wastewater treatment plant charges additional fees to schedule a weekend appointment.
  •  What are your areas of service?
    • Durango, Hesperus and the Bayfield area
  • How often should I have my septic tank pumped?
    • The EPA recommends that you pump your septic tank every 3-5 years. However, Mountain Septic recommends every 2-3 years depending on your specific household usage.
