Executive chef Johnathan Fletcher spent multiple seasons traveling and cooking throughout Italy. This led him to the position at Dalton Ranch Golf Club to revamp the restaurant into a truly Italian-inspired experience: Alce’ Restaurant. As Alce’ means “elk” in Italian, there are multiple elk dishes such as lasagna and skewers on the menu. For those seeking traditional American style dishes, the restaurant still offers multiple classics such as filets and steaks. There’s something for everyone at Alce’ Restaurant.

The bar at Alce’ Restaurant boasts one of the most spectacular views in all of the Dalton Ranch Golf Club. Always offering local selections, you can sip on Colorado wines, beers, and cocktails while gazing down the Animas River corridor. The bar at Alce’ restaurant is known for being an optimal place to meet new people, engage with other members, and socialize with the family. On Thursday and Sunday nights throughout the entire summer, there is live music to accompany the amazing drink and view.

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, The Swing Restaurant features local musicians on its outdoor patio every Thursday night from 6-8pm.
