The Weekender // Sept. 28th - Oct. 1st
We all know by now that weekends are meant to shake off a long week of hard work and concentration - we also know that Durango gives us every opportunity to let loose and leave the weekdays behind. Nonetheless, this weekend jumps into October with flirty burlesque entertainment, wine tours, bikes and beers, and the necessity of live music. If none of these strike your fancy, Durango boasts a wide range of events, so make sure to check out our other event calendars listed at the bottom of the page for the perfect weekend guide.
Entertainment to Heal the Masses
Bohemian Burlesque Society presents Kaleidoscope
Flirty, wild, and maybe even shocking - this weekend of entertainment is full of everything you didn’t expect. The Bohemian Burlesque Society formed on the basis of bringing together community around a wide range of diverse art and entertainment, and have a mission to “heal the masses through art and entertainment.” Lucky for us, they’re hosting the Kaleidoscope event at the Durango Arts Center this weekend. Pick from one of three shows to attend: Friday at 8:00 PM, Saturday at 6:00 PM, and another Saturday show at 8:30 PM. Regardless of which showing you pick, you’re in for a night full of “burlesque, comedy, cabaret, and everything else in between.”
