The Weekender // March 17th - March 19th

Welcome to the weekend, Durango! This weekend is special since Friday is St. Patrick’s Day AND it’s officially the last weekend of winter! We all know we need the moisture the snow has been bringing us all season, but shoveling the driveway is getting a bit old. So, once you have celebrated your Irish hearts out on Friday for St. Patty’s, be sure to get outside for one final hoorah for winter. Whether you plan to go ice skating, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing or getting a few turns in at Purgatory Resort, be sure to do it in style. Durango style, that is. It may snow, it may rain, it may be an absolute bluebird day. Nonetheless, get outside because A-D-V-E-N-T-U-R-E awaits! As always, be sure to give us a follow on Facebook and Instagram and use our hashtag, #dodurango, to be featured on our page. We would love to see what the perfect weekend in Durango, Colorado looks like to YOU.
