Traditional Holiday Choir Music - Sunday, December 2nd
The Durango Choral Society choirs have a treat in store this weekend! Sunday at 3pm all four of the DCS choirs will be transforming the Community Concert Hall into a winter wonderland. The holiday celebration will include a jazz style twist on your favorites songs and a wide variety of holiday carols. Be sure you bring the kids because Santa will be making an appearance to say hello. Don’t forget your cameras because he’ll be taking individual photos with kids on stage after the performance. Hitting the Slopes - All weekend!
It’s fair to say many of us have seen the forecast for this upcoming weekend, and many are pumped to hit the slopes. As of now, it looks like the snow will begin sometime tonight and will run through Sunday evening, which means a great weekend for skiers. Over in Purgatory, the snow has been coming down since Wednesday. If you head out to ski, be sure check the roads as they are expected to be slick. It’s looking like it’s going to be a great weekend for skiing and snowboarding!
