October 14 -18, 2019

MONDAY, Oct. 14
8:30 a.m. – The Board will meet with departmental staff to discuss the 2020 county budget in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 1101 E. 2nd Ave., Durango.

10 a.m. - The Board will attend Ed Zink's funeral service at Fort Lewis College Concert Hall, 1000 Rim Drive, Durango.

12 p.m. - The Board will meet with departmental staff to discuss the 2020 county budget in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 1101 E. 2nd Ave., Durango.

TUESDAY, Oct. 15
8:30 a.m. - The Board will meet with departmental staff to discuss the 2020 county budget in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 1101 E. 2nd Ave., Durango.

THURSDAY, Oct. 17
7:30 a.m. – The Board will meet with the Bayfield Town Council to discuss issues of mutual interest at the Tuning Fork Café, 25 W. Mill St., Bayfield.

10 a.m. – Commissioner Julie Westendorff will hold office hours for members of the public to meet with her to discuss issues of interest or concern at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Dr., Bayfield.

11:30 a.m. – The Board has been invited to attend the Durango Senior Center
Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon at the Durango Senior Center, 2424 Main Ave.,
Durango.

5 p.m. – The Board has been invited to attend a Business After Hours meeting at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave., Durango.

6 p.m. – WORK SESSION: The Board will meet with members of the Planning
Commission for an open discussion of items such as, but not limited to, the update to the District Plans and the Land Use Code in the Board Room of the County Administration Building, 1101 E. 2nd Ave., Durango.
