Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the CCO office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, to include some communications and marketing, HR support, scheduling, and other office activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Tracks office activities and functions to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients in person, via e-mail, or by phone.
Maintains filing systems as assigned.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and requests.
Maintains a system for recording expenses with supporting documentation.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Assists with coordination and roll out of transportation program.
Assists in organization and execution of CCO meetings, functions and/or events.
Assists with communications and marketing.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Interest in working with the populations served by CCO.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work with other software as needed.

Education:

High School Diploma required
Associates or Bachelors in related field preferred

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and/or working on a computer.
Possible attendance at CCO functions or events.
Must be able to lift 15lbs at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,700.00 - $66,700.00 per year
