Are you looking to lead in a fast paced ophthalmology practice and live in beautiful Southwest Colorado?
As our Lead Technician, you’ll manage a team of ophthalmic technicians and surgery scheduling staff while delivering hands on patient care. You will grow your experience, both in ophthalmology and management.
The ideal candidate will have three or more years of experience as an ophthalmic technician and have experience training and supervising staff. You will have effectively led change in a clinical environment in response to evolving expectations from physicians, patients, payors and/or regulatory agencies. Certified Ophthalmic Assistant certification is required; Certified Ophthalmic Technician certification is preferred.
