Job Description:
Sage Fresh Eats is seeking an energetic candidate with fast-casual experience for a front line Supervisory position.
Evening shift, approximately 2pm-10/11pm, set schedule is possible. Supervise a team of 3-6 to efficiently prepare and serve healthy, scratch made food in a small, bright, fun restaurant. Plenty of opportunity for advancement as we are looking for someone ready to step into a strong leadership role with our growing company.
Do you have interest in marketing, social media, HR, scheduling, hiring, training? If you are looking to gain valuable business and leadership skills, we'd love to work together on providing valuable mentorship in those areas while allowing you to pursue your passions.
You must be stable, reliable, be able to work well with others, and able to work on your feet all day in a busy kitchen. We are looking for a solid addition who is reliable and consistent above all else.
Starting pay DOE, but typically Supervisors at this level make $16-$18/hr PLUS full tip pool. Total pay $19-$23/hr (more as business levels pick up in the Summer).
