Job Description:
The historic Strater Hotel is looking for a highly motivated sanitation supervisor to provide leadership and direction for our sanitation team. Job duties include:
Leading Teams to proper Cleaning and Sanitizing the Kitchen.
Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness and Sanitizing
Create Schedule
Deep Cleaning
Comply with Health Violations
Delegate Tasks
Communicate tasks with the Executive Chef
Create Plan for proper execution to maintain a clean Kitchen.
