Offering a New Hire Bonus of $250 after 90 days of employment, and an additional $400 after 180 days of emplyment (must be in good standing)

Full-Time: Monday-Thursday 10 hour shifts with required overtime as needed on Fridays and Saturdays.
Responsible for the daily preparation, operation and maintenance of production machines. Depending on experience, this position may vary in starting title with additional essential functions.
Set and monitor temperature, pressure, and time controls; and start conveyors, machines and pumps.Tend, operate and control equipment to maintain adequate levels of melted chocolate.
Observe gauges, dials, and product characteristics, and adjust controls to maintain chocolate temper.
Collect and examine product samples during production in order to test for quality, color, content, consistency, viscosity, acidity, and/or specific gravity.
Clean, wash, and sterlize equipment and cooking area, using water hoses, cleaning or sterilizing solutions, or rinses.
Stop or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and perform minor maintenance and mechanical repairs, reporting malfunctions as needed.
Transport supplies and product to and from work stations.
Ensure quality standards are met.
Assist in other department specific duties including but not limited to feeding, hand signing, packaging and labeling of product.
