Sign-on bonus of $250 for a qualified candidate once hired, to be paid after 6 months of successful employment. The offer is for external new hires only.

Float: Full-time; 30 hours a week for 42 weeks (eligible for more hours as available). The wage range will be $12.69 to $13.84 depending on education and experience.

This position floats to 9-R classrooms at Florida Mesa Head Start, Needham Head Start, and Park Head Start, and Durango North Center as needed for coverage.

Minimum requirements: Child Development Associates (CDA) or HS/GED and willingness to obtain CDA within 6 months. Tri-County Head Start will assist you in obtaining the training and experience needed to obtain the CDA requirement.
